A Meeting to Reinforce Equipment Management

On February 18, 2025, a task force meeting held in the Zaoyang manufacturing site where the operation director, maintenance manager, production supervisor, and team leaders joined to review the equipment performance and identify the opportunities for continuous improvement. The equipment reliability is critical to safety and quality. The site team takes highlights from the meeting to deploy for actions on proactive measures based on risk analysis, including compliance, standardization, competence, and skill development to support total productivity maintenance.
