“Labmediate” focuses on developing EMC (Epoxy Molding Compound) curing catalysts to support semiconductor chip packaging technology. We provide service by early participation in EMC formulation design to research for curing catalysts as per customer needs. Currently, we have a fully equipped laboratory dedicated to research for chemical reaction and organic synthesis routes, and two production lines, mainly producing thermally-latent catalysts used for epoxy molding compound. We have been recognized as a reliable supplier and qualified by the top EMC manufacturers in China. Since 2011, we have been devoting to this business more than 10 years.
